We are looking for a dependable, energetic, and patient-focused Registered Dental Assistant/Orthodontic Assistant to join our team and help deliver the outstanding care our patients know and love.</p><p>The Registered Dental Assistant/Orthodontic Assistant plays a key role in providing excellent clinical support and ensuring each patient receives exceptional orthodontic care and a positive experience during every visit. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with patients of all ages, and values teamwork and professionalism.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Assist the orthodontist during patient procedures and adjustments</li><li>Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to OSHA and infection control standards</li><li>Take digital X-rays, photographs, and impressions/scans as needed</li><li>Place and remove orthodontic appliances under doctor supervision</li><li>Provide patient education regarding oral hygiene and appliance care</li><li>Maintain accurate patient records and charting</li><li>Ensure patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their visit</li><li>Support front and back office teamwork as needed</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required</li><li>Orthodontic experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate</li><li>CPR certification required</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Positive attitude with strong attention to detail</li><li>Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team-oriented environment</li><li>Professional, dependable, and patient-focused</li></ul>]]></media:description></item></channel></rss>
